How it is done:

1. Contact our Specialist about your desired design.
2. After confirmation with our Specialist, we will send you the link to payment.
3. Upon payment received, will prepare mockup for your confirmation.
4. Please note 15 working days for production is required after mockup is confirmed.

Points to note:

1. ⁠No copyright infringement
2. ⁠Avoid colour overlap
3. ⁠Simple design to meet the canvas on tile
4. ⁠Provide the word, colour, size (eg. fully fit on tile/height/alignment) requirement
5. ⁠File format: AI, png/jpg
